Also, small prayer ropes whose size has been altered (they have been enlarged) are not accepted for return.

Step 3: Shipping the Package
Once the return process has been confirmed, please send the product to our address.

Ensure that the product is properly packaged to prevent damage during transport and that the return is delivered by a courier and not by post.

It is essential to complete the return form available here and include it in the return package. This document is necessary to process the refund of the amount paid. If the order was paid by card on the website, the amount will be refunded to the card account used for the order.
Step 5: Processing the Return
We commit to processing the refund of the amount within a maximum of 10 working days from receiving the returned product and confirming the return conditions.
