Warranty Certificate - Stylla Art Studio SRL

Stylla Art Studio SRL ensures the quality and guarantee of the products purchased from us. Precious metal jewelry is checked and marked with the title mark, state mark and responsibility mark. With this certificate, we guarantee that our jewelry is made of 925‰ silver.

The rights provided by law - Law 449/2003 and GEO 21/1992 - are not violated by this quality certificate/guarantee. We offer a 30-day warranty from the date of order, without the need for a warranty certificate attached to the order. The warranty is valid based on the calendar date of the order.

Our jewelry is handcrafted and may have small imperfections due to the fact that it is handmade. This gives uniqueness to each piece of jewelry, turning each piece into a unique work of art.

The warranty does NOT cover normal wear and tear, breaking, stretching, hitting or applying excessive force to the jewel, scratches, aging of the material or stone, falling of stones and repairs to the jewel.

The warranty only applies to products with hidden manufacturing defects not noticed at the time of purchase. Natural oxidation of silver (yellowing), as well as small differences in color, shape or cracks on the surface of natural stones are not considered defects. They add value and uniqueness to the jewel.

You will initially address any complaint to our company and we will find the best option for your satisfaction. In the event of non-conformity, you have the right to request the repair or replacement of the product, free of charge, unless the measure is impossible or disproportionate or, as the case may be, the return of the product's consideration.

Any repair or replacement of the product will be carried out in no more than 15 calendar days from the date on which you handed over the product to our company.

The average lifespan of a piece of jewelry depends on how it is worn and maintained and is 24 months.
